All the dishes on this menu, except those marked with an asterisk (*) are completely made of traditional regional products according to the label «Fait Maison» set by the Fédération romande des consommateurs (FRC), GastroSuisse, la Semaine du Goût and Slow Food CH.

Since December 2018, you can discover this small renovated room, hidden in a recess of the inn.
It's the ideal place to share a tasty local Fondue and spend a great moment with family or friends.
For the place to be the most pleasant, we propose only one table per service.
You can be two or ten people(the maximum), the Carnotzet is booked only for you. A good deal for a nice moment, isn't it?
